I met Liz and Kade through Instagram, she reached out to me about my Christmas minis and then sent me a message about possibly doing elopement photos, maternity and fresh 48 photos. I was overly excited to say the least and after going over the details of the sessions with her she booked all of them right then and there. To this day i have never had someone book me for 4 sessions at once, i was still pretty new to elopements and was in shock that someone had that much faith in me to capture all the important events of their lives. The second we met i knew they would be in my life forever Liz called me family the day of their elopement and i truly feel like i am, these have become my people and I'm thankful to say photography brought them into my lives.
We went to Snoqualmie Pass near Seattle Washington, we got the dress (shoutout to flutter dress), Liz made the beautiful florals and they read their vows to each other while Perfect by Ed Sheeran played in the background. Theses two have so much love between them its crazy, you could see the tears in their eyes while they read their vows and i of course cried quietly because i am an emotional mess when it comes to elopements and weddings.
Snoqualmie is such a magical place, these views you cannot beat and for it only being an hour drive from home makes it all the more worth it.
Their elopement was a few months ago, Liz was 20 ish weeks pregnant and just recently had their second daughter who i get to meet soon for some new updated family pictures. I am so lucky to have clients turned family from what i do for a living. This day was beautiful, freezing and magical, I fell in the snow to many times to count and we laughed throughout the time we spent together.
When they shared their elopement images on Facebook she posted "i want to broadcast these to the world", this is what I LOVE to see people who truly love my work and what i create for them. Thank you Liz and Kade for having faith in me always and trusting me every step of the way, to get to capture life long memoires for you has been a dream.
